我们收集的信息

• Google 登录：你的 Google 账号编号、邮箱地址和名字，用来识别你的账号。我们拿不到你的 Google 密码。
• 学校邮箱：你验证学校邮箱时填写的地址、学校名称；验证码通过邮件服务发送。用来确认你是学生，再开放活动大厅和教室。
• 你导入或上传的学习资料：课件文件、页面文字、截止日期和任务，以及你的笔记、AI 提问和回答。只有你自己能看到。
• 今日英语卡：你选的每天学习量、每天的卡片、你交回的练习结果（每个表达和用途用对、靠帮助才对、用错的次数和复习时间）以及练习时记下的卡外表达。你在 ChatGPT 里说的原话不保存。和 ChatGPT 的对话在你自己的 ChatGPT 账号里，由 OpenAI 按它的政策处理。
• 塔罗角：你抽到的三张牌、你写的问题（可以不写）和占卜师的解读。只保存 30 天，用来让你当天再打开看；只有你自己能看到。
• 游戏和社交：角色名字和外观、所在房间和座位、聊天消息、私信、好友关系、邮箱信件、学习时长和金币。
• 导入诊断：导入课程时每一步成功或失败的原因代码，用来修复问题。不包含课程名、文件名和资料内容，保存 120 天。
• 登录状态：浏览器里的登录 cookie（30 天内回来会自动续期），以及少量本地设置（比如选择的版本、是否看过说明）。我们不用广告或跟踪 cookie。

我们不会做的事

• 不收集你的学校密码。导入课程时，学校助手或浏览器插件在你自己的电脑上、用你自己的学校登录读取；密码不会经过 ALLLearna。
• 不出售你的信息，不用你的信息投放广告。
• 不会替你在学校网站上提交作业、参加测验或修改任何内容；导入只读取。

浏览器插件「ALLLearna 学校连接」

• 它做什么：你在 ALLLearna 的「从学校导入」里选了课程以后，插件用你在这个浏览器里已经登录的学校网站（D2L / Brightspace、Canvas），读取这些课程的资料、文件、老师公告和截止日期，交给发出请求的 ALLLearna 页面。
• 只读取你允许的学校：每所学校第一次使用时，Chrome 会弹出确认框，你点「允许」后插件才能访问这所学校；Canvas 存放文件的网站会一起列出。随时可以在插件图标里移除。
• 只读、只读固定的地址：插件只发送读取请求（GET），而且只访问课程目录、课件文件、作业和测验的截止日期、日历、老师公告这类固定的学校接口；不打开作业提交、成绩、讨论区回复、私信等页面，不提交、不修改任何内容。为了判断你是否已登录，它会读取学校的「当前用户」接口，只用到其中的用户编号，不保存。
• 读到的内容去哪里：只交给你正在用的 ALLLearna 页面。你确认导入的课件、页面文字和截止日期会上传到你的 ALLLearna 账号（见上面「你导入或上传的学习资料」），只有你自己能看到。插件不把任何内容发给其他地方。
• 插件不收集：你的学校密码和登录 cookie（由浏览器自己使用，插件读不到）、浏览记录、你在其他网站上的活动。插件本身不在你的电脑上保存任何数据，只有 Chrome 记住你允许过哪些学校。
• The use of information received from the ALLLearna browser extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The extension only reads, with read-only requests, the course materials and due dates a student chooses to import from school sites the student has allowed, and hands them to the ALLLearna page that asked. It does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or transfer it for any purpose other than this single feature.

信息存在哪里、交给了谁

• Cloudflare：网站、数据库和文件都运行和保存在 Cloudflare 上。课件文字的检索索引用 Cloudflare 的 AI 服务生成。
• AI 服务：你使用网站自带的 AI 提问或在塔罗角抽牌时，你的问题、选中的课件内容（抽牌时是你写的问题和抽到的牌）会发给 OpenAI（备用时为 Anthropic）生成回答；我们请求它们不保存这些内容用于训练。你也可以改用自己的 Codex 或 API 密钥。
• 邮件服务：发送学校邮箱验证码。
• 语音：使用教室语音时，音频经由 Cloudflare 的实时音视频服务传输，我们不录音。
• 除此之外，只有在法律要求时才会提供信息。

你的选择

• 查看、导出、删除：你可以在背包里删除自己导入的课件和笔记。要删除整个账号和全部数据，写信给我们，我们会在 30 天内处理完。
• 聊天：在活动大厅和教室里发的消息，同一房间的同学能看到；私信只有你和对方能看到。
• 如果你未满 13 岁，请不要使用 ALLLearna。

Summary in English

ALLLearna uses Google Sign-In (account ID, email, name) to identify you and your school email to confirm you are a student. It stores the course files, tasks, notes and AI questions you import or create (visible only to you), your character, room position, chat and study time, English-card practice results (not what you said to ChatGPT; that conversation stays in your own ChatGPT account), and tarot-corner readings (your cards, optional question and the reading, kept 30 days). School passwords never reach ALLLearna: imports run on your own computer with your own school login and only read. The ALLLearna browser extension (“ALLLearna 学校连接”) only reads, with read-only requests to a fixed list of course addresses, the courses you choose on school sites you have allowed, and hands what it reads to the ALLLearna page; the materials you import are stored in your account. It collects no passwords, cookies or browsing history, and its use of data adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is hosted on Cloudflare; questions to the site's AI (including tarot questions) are sent to OpenAI (or Anthropic as a fallback) with storage for training turned off; school-email codes are sent by an email service. We do not sell data or show ads. Import diagnostics contain no course names, file names or content and are kept for 120 days. To delete your account and data, email support@alllearna.com; we complete deletion within 30 days. Not for children under 13.
